- Boxed in to position with no relevance to education or original job offer due to lack of people in the department
- Time theft: Capgemini gives hours of mandatory training that you are either supposed to do during the time you are billing the client or on your own time outside of work unpaid
- Cog in the machine: because this is a global company, it's difficult to get answers on most topics. Half the company doesn't respond to their emails and the other half reference you to ask someone else. Very much feel like none of the work I do matters and no one at my company really knows me
