      - Less work pressure - Good learning environment - Good career opportunities if you are in Apps1, Apps2 or FS BU as they offer client projects.

      Cons

      - low salary for 1st year as a fresher while in metro city like Mumbai. - Not good as career perspective of you are working for internal BUs.
