      Very few: Brand name (the only thing that keeps business going)

      Cons

      No opportunities to learn or train outside your job Bureaucracy and ridiculous local sales process. Managers are not motivated enough. Government like work culture. No work from home. Salary is not inline with other consulting companies. Promotion are not base on performance. Limited career growth opportunities.
