The environment is pretty laid back and relaxed, the median age is around 30 yrs old. I love the informal culture, which is unusual for a consultancy firm.
Cons
The recruiting is not on point, pretty much everyone can pass the screening and get hired. This reflects on the quality of your colleagues which is below average. Compensation is the lowest in the industry.
