The execution of the recruitment process is highly inefficient and disrespectful of professional time. I followed instructions to join the MS Teams virtual bridge during the designated hours (Monday-Friday, 10 AM - 4 PM PHT). Yesterday (April 15, 2026), I joined at 2:07 PM PHT, and today (April 16, 2026) I joined at 11:15 AM and I waited for over 30 minutes without any response or engagement from the moderators. It is frustrating to be left on a bridge with zero communication, only to later be told that the profile cannot be processed due to budget constraints—information that should have been clarified before wasting a candidate's time in a virtual queue. For a company that emphasizes "Frictionless Finance," the recruitment experience is surprisingly high-friction and unresponsive.
