Get training on a domain like c,c++,java,sap etc new thing to learn and work culture is very good. Service based company so no expect development based project.
Cons
salary for fresher is lowest in the market. Sometime you don't get the project of your own domain .manager cheat you after deployed in the project in the name of development.
