We are extremely disappointed to read your review. As a people business, the happiness and wellbeing of our colleagues is incredibly important to us, and fundamental to the success of Capco. We support the wellbeing of our employees in a variety of ways, including regular events with our external wellbeing partners, manager training on wellbeing, employee assistance programs, coaching, online resources and affinity groups, including one for parents and carers. We also host annual leadership, role model, and coaching awards to allow colleagues to nominate leaders at all levels who demonstrate outstanding leadership and coaching skills. We receive a high number of nominations each year which allow us to celebrate individuals from across the business, showcase exemplary people leadership and inspire others. If any employee needs additional support at any time, then they are always strongly encouraged to reach out to their HR Business Partner. Regarding promotions, we have a clear process and criteria in place, including a detailed competency framework by level, review process, and promotion committees. We also have stringent company policies, which are published and available to all employees, reinforced by mandatory training, an independent reporting hotline and a dedicated team of Enterprise Risk professionals.
