Great support, enjoyable atmosphere, reasonable pay, friendly colleagues
Cons
VERY young, not a con in and of itself, but evident that youth is more highly valued than experience

Thank you for your review and we're pleased to hear that you enjoy many of the benefits of working at Capco including our culture, market-leading compensation and Capco colleagues.
We would disagree with your comments around the value Capco places on experience. We have a very diverse workforce with many employees joining from larger consulting firms as well as industry with a wealth of financial services and/or consulting experience. Due to our 'no time in grade' policy, many employees do progress rapidly through the organization, having proven that they can perform successfully at the next level.
Thank you for your continued contribution to the Capco team!
- Good work-life balance
- Nice people
- Cool office (Empire State Building)
Cons
- Low raises + bonuses (promotions are highly political/based on who you know)
- Low mobility on certain projects
- Difficult to get involved in planning/helping with community events (part of performance review)
- Leadership positions competitive rates as our differentiator (i.e., firm competes on cost rather than on technical depth/expertise relative to peer firms)
