We are pleased to hear that as a current employee you enjoy many of the benefits of working at Capco including the lack of hierarchy which enables open access to the senior leadership team, our market-leading compensation and working with your Capco colleagues. We are disappointed to read some of your other comments, however without understanding the specifics of your concerns it's difficult to respond fully.
