Pros
plenty of resources and really great talent to draw knowledge from. Their 'SFMO' (single firm multi office) way of working does have its pluses as you get to work and meet with various individuals around the country on projects and is a great way to network with different parts of the company around the Globe.
Cons
way to political on promotions you get pigeon holed easily infrastructural is poor at best which has to rely on the people that work to pick up the slack which means longer hours. management is not as solid as a company like this should be and is way to top heavy.. Cannon needs a trim of upper management.
