Pros
Great office space in Boston. Free snacks, coffee, cold brew, beer & hard cider taps. Social opportunities. Bagel Mondays, fruit, yoga, work from home opportunities. PTO is good.
Cons
Sinking ship. 10% of the company laid off for the 2nd year in a row. Parent company has moved in, placed a new CEO, changed benefits and laid more people off. Say everything is fine one month and then let a bunch of people go the next month. No one is safe. Sr. Leaders have been jumping ship for months (including CEO and Head of Operations). Medical benefits are terrible.
