9 different interviews, with 12+ people (sometimes meeting with the same person more than once), which began with meeting informally with the director, then phone interview with Talent Acquisition, then various in-person or Zoom meetings with different departments, management, and peers. Ultimately they were not able to meet salary expectations, which were discussed and agreed upon early on. They offered a maximum that was much, much lower than originally discussed, and would not budge at all. Overall very frustrating process and pretty much a waste of time for all involved.
