The company has recently changed over its systems and it's an absolute mess. There has been very minimal training, no consultation with teams on how it would best suit us, no communication full stop good or bad and no long term planning on what would happen when we went live The calls from customers and contractors are horrendous and getting worse each week. Contractors haven't been paid in months and this wasn't factored into the planning before we went live. It amazes me that people are able to get into these positions. The manager at CE is clueless, along with most of the SGE's who seem to spend most of their time trying to avoid taking any responsibility for work until a customer vents on twitter and then they finally do something. No urgency to solve processes. It's a very stressful time to work at Calor and the new systems just aren't up to scratch. I and a lot of other people will be looking for other jobs asap
