We recognize that some teams find themselves understaffed or working long hours due to time zones and deadlines, which is not ideal or intentional as it creates challenges both for the employee as well as the business. We recognize that international assignments and time zones are often difficult to navigate within normal business hours. However, work/life balance and integration is one of our top people priorities and we offer lots of programs to support flexibility, including part time, telecommuting, alternative work schedules, flextime and more.
