CallisonRTKL interview questions

I was reached out by a recruiter, the process took 2 weeks to hear back from the HR for an interview. The interview was through Teams with 1 principal. The interview was very casual, asking about my past experiences, and salary expectations. However, the salary they could offer is way below the market rate right now, and the principal tries to convince me that low rate is the matching the current market, which is not true. Not very pleasant experience in general.

It was very simple. I had two interviews back to back in person. One with the team and another with the manager. They asked very behavioral-based questions and really just got to know me.
