Pros
They hire anyone with a pulse.
Cons
If you stay with the company for an extended period of time you'll learn you mean nothing. You'll be lied to. You won't find growth opportunities, those are just words to keep you around and performing, hoping for more that never comes. You won't get raises or bonuses even if you're a top performer. If you are a tech, you won't afford cost of living. Pharmacy managers don't always align with district leaders and the tech is collateral damage. Staffing is non-existent and you will be worked beyond exhaustion. Techs are not treated as the healthcare professionals they are; I would say that to the company you are the equivalent of a fast food worker, but the burger place in town starts high school kids at $2.50 an hour more than we give licensed techs.
