Pros
Management salaries are good, you will meet a lot of good people. There ideals and mission are good in theory. Thorough HR staff
Cons
Way to many hours are expected from managers. No support is given at a store level. If your not a favorite of upper management then you can say good bye to your job. There training consists of a poorly constructed binders, with irrelevant information and very poor mentor ship. Then as the training advances you are an assistant manager usually of a store that is failing, you dont get any direction or metorship from your manager and then you get promoted into a store, this is where the fun begins, as not only do you have to keep training but you now have to run a store also they expect you to turn around failing store by yourself. The extrovert is rewarded rather than the hard worker, if you personality does not fit then you won't have a job for long. The core values are just a facade, it only applies when your manger wants it to apply. The company is very inconsistent in applying policies what goes for manager might not matter to the next manager
