Cons
Stores are constantly understaffed. Can lead to heavy stressful periods especially during vaccine and holiday season. No overtime for non-salary unless approved. Performance is heavily based on store and sales metrics that lean too much into over optimization. Corporate side of business feels completely separated from Retail side leading to most of the times feeling like they are disconnected. Upper management changes frequently and can be too busy or unresponsive at times. Customer base can vary wildly even in the same area. Metrics and sales vary heavily due to this. Can be hard/slow to advance past a certain level unless management really takes a shine to you.
