Working at CTDI was somewhat better than forced labor at a Soviet gulag, but not much - Programmer CTDI Employee Review

Unreasonable workload; no support from management; no formal review process; lousy benefits (low salary, minimal time off). CTDI is so desperate to please companies that they service that they won't hesitate to throw their own employees under the bus. The management style can be best described as chaotic. You get sense that there is no plan beyond acquiring more business. I would not return to CTDI even if they were to double my salary.
