      Great place to work excellent culture. Top level management is very involved in day to day operations. I would recommend CTDI to anyone

      Not really any cons. Need to be careful with next generation management in company as they are not as experienced

      Pros

      Depending on your branch, it can be a very tight knit group. I have great coworkers but I can only speak for my branch. Decent benefits and weekly pay!

      Cons

      The pay is okay, Seems like higher ups are pretty strict and it's difficult to get the tools and parts needed for repairs.
