Pros

The facilities are newer. The bathrooms are usually clean which is a great perk for when you have to go silently cry in a stall after being verbally harrassed by your boss. (Which happens often)

Cons

CSM handled the COVID pandemic by immediately firing staff, while stating they would be hired back. None were hired back. They could have cut down on overtime or put some staff on part time but instead just fired them. For a company that talks a lot about transparency and a good office culture they are incredibly cut throat and you never know where you stand. The office culture is uneasy. Many groups dont get along and its apparent within your first few days. There are several older employees who refuse to change anything and have low opinions of those who have suggestions for new things. Training is minimal. Asking questions or asking for clarification will only get you dirty looks and angry responses. If you dont understand everything immediately, you will most likely be let go very quickly. I do not recommend CSM, they do not care about you and will not meet your wage expectations.

Pros

It’s inspiring to see so many employees build long, successful careers here. The company maintains a strong, stable book of business while continuing to scale and expand in meaningful ways. I genuinely enjoy working here. The organization is the right size, truly culture-driven, and led by authentic, supportive people. It’s also a fun place to celebrate progress and wins together. I highly recommend this as a great place to work.

Cons

You need to be comfortable adapting quickly, as the fast pace and frequent change won’t suit everyone. Change is constant, more of an industry reality than something unique to this organization.

I had the privilege of being a contract member at CSM Group, filling in during a maternity leave period within the TA team. My experience with CSM Group was nothing short of fantastic. From day one, the team demonstrated unparalleled support, kindness, and a welcoming attitude. Despite being a temporary member, I genuinely felt like a CSM Group employee. The inclusive culture and the warmth of the team made me feel valued and embraced. The level of collaboration and teamwork at CSM Group is commendable. The entire experience was not just about filling a role but establishing a genuine partnership. The team's support and encouragement created a positive and productive working environment. I am grateful for the opportunity to contribute to CSM Group, even if temporarily, and I can confidently say that this was one of the best contract experiences I've had. If you're considering joining CSM Group, I highly recommend it for the supportive atmosphere, welcoming team, and the genuine sense of belonging. Thank you, CSM Group, for a wonderful partnership!

Cons

While working with CSM Group, I did not encounter any noteworthy cons. The only aspect I wish could have been different is the duration of the contract – I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would have welcomed the opportunity to contribute for a longer period. Overall, it was a great experience!
