I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CSM Group (Kalamazoo, MI) in Mar 2019
Interview
I had an initial phone interview with the Talent Acquisition Manager to gain an understanding of the role and how my skills fit the need. I then met up with a couple people from the department for coffee at a local shop for a very relaxed discussion about the job, culture, previous experience, and got to know each other better. Finally, I met with the Vice President and the Director to discuss my qualifications and opportunities to maximize the value of the potential role. The conversations were engaging, relaxed, and thought provoking. The whole experience was way better than anything I had encountered in the past.
