Work life balance although you end up paying for it in some way or the other
Cons
The off-shoring division’s work level is very low and more data oriented which results in poor exposure knowledge wise. Moreover, the management has no career path for its senior employees which is resulting in high dissension and high attrition at the Lead Analyst level. Further, with many fresh candidates coming in, the knowledge level across the division has fallen. The company has been losing many roles currently and the overall management’s future business plan seems unclear and uncertain. The people at the Associate Director level are useless and their higher pay remains unjustified.
