Pros
CNN and HLN create environments that encourage teamwork and collaboration, but also require individual accountability. For journalists, it is a great place to work.
Cons
Well, the obvious downside to working for a 24-hour news network is that many of the jobs are not business hours. It is a sacrifice many are willing to make for the chance to have a career there.
