Non cooperative, harassing, bureaucratic and red-taped work place - Anonymous employee CIBC Employee Review

Have been an application developer for more than 6 years, and I have worked for lot of different clients but this is by far the worst red-taped work place i have worked at. Employees are never appreciated for the work that gets the company moving but are actually pushed down. Its a very micro-managed environment where a non technical manager leads a team of developers. HAHA They talk as a place where employees are heard and promoted to enhance their careers ;" IN YOUR DREAMS."
