Disappointed about this company - Anonymous employee CIBC Employee Review

All about making money, doesn't really care for employees, good experience but use employees as machines, all about lending. If your uncle or dad is working for the company then you get promote faster, if no then good luck. Manager is high school graduate, not professional at all but loyal to the company, i guess this is what they want. If you have a university degree you wouldn't want to stay with the company for more than 2 years. VERY VERY HIGH TURN OVER RATIO AND MANAGEMENT TEAM IS STILL PROUD OF THE COMPANY?!
