      Pros

      - It was a job at the end of the day. - Clients were generally nice.

      Cons

      - My manager was the worst, no people skills, a lot of attitude and had no leadership skills. - No room for progression - Workplace bullying and singling people out - Very high turnover, more than 5 people came and went in the space of 1 year and less - Salaries were very poor compared to other companies

      They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

      Cons

      My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
