      Pros

      It was a good place to get my foot in the door after college. The people are fun and the pay is very good.

      Cons

      Not much movement in the creative area. Additionally there was seemingly no preparation time for anything.

      Pros

      The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

      Cons

      I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.

      Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

      Cons

      If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
