      Pros

      Good, large company. Good health benefits. Good work atmosphere. Good work/life balance. Good senior staff and leadership team. Awesome client.

      Cons

      Salary is too low, but bonus package is good. Promotions may be limited for the particular position. They need more career training on the technical side of things.

      They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

      Cons

      My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
