      Pros

      Global company with good presence and aggressively expanding in all aspects of commercial real estate from leasing, buying, selling and consulting. So if you want gain experience in any aspect of commercial real estate this the place.

      Cons

      Growing to big to fast and like in many large corporations the corporate office is out of tone with the field office. Completely revenue and commission driven. Hard to break in if your are in the brokerage division.

      Pros

      The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

      Cons

      I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.

      Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

      If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
