Pros

Nice, friendly people overall. Really smart, talented people but down to earth. You can learn a lot.

Cons

Brokers are nice but there is no real structure or effective work flow between the marketing team and the brokers. If you are with the right team, you are fine. Nobody likes to share data or marketing materials, which I find to be completely crazy.

Pros

The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

Cons

I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.

Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

Cons

If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
