Employees packed onto floors with 5 foot desks end to end, running the length of the floor, in the name of collaboration. Environment is noisy and distracting. Work from home days cancelled. Many H1B workers, over half of workforce flooded in with new CIO. Diwali celebration much larger than Christmas "lunch". Depressing place to work right now, resignations are now occurring on a regular basis where as in the past was a rare event.
