Pros

They had nice cutlery in the head office cafe.

Cons

74% of PMs leave within 12 months in the UK. I got told this on my last day - DO NOT JOIN. I was there for 6 months and didn’t receive a single accurate payslip in that time. Even now, I left at the end of last month and was owed 8 days holiday. Again, they haven’t paid for these days and I’m now having chase payroll even after leaving. Oh, and Payroll/HR are absolutely incompetent. I got literally no onboarding. Not even a H&S walk round. I also didn’t get a leaving interview or probation review as I handed my notice in prior to completing the 6 month probationary period. Management focus entire on money coming in rather than good delivery and looking after its people. Once they have the money on the books, senior BU Management don’t care at all. Chaos management is more accurate. Politics is next level, where numbers are massaged and ridiculous promises are made to which delivery teams are then scrambling to deliver. Literally no formative Project Management structure what so ever utilised anywhere. Teams in-fight daily, with people looking after their own bonus before actually doing what is right, frequently to the disadvantage of others.

Pros

They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

Cons

My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
