I spent 6 years working on two different client accounts. It was really chill most of the time, not super busy.
Cons
Lack of identity with T&T, CBRE and whatever client accounts you are on. Lots of pointless trainings. Upper management is disconnected from rest of workers, seems like all they ever did was change organizational structure to “realign with goals”.

The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.
Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
