      Job security during contract terms.

      Cons

      You will be an employee of CBRE but 90% of employees with the company are contractual. CBRE signs a contract with Amazon, Microsoft, or another company for a certain period of time offering certain services. Your job is mostly secure during this time. Your work/life balance changes after every contract renewal as CBRE looses more and more grounds and performance expectations rise. This continues until the demands are impossible and/or CBRE looses the contract.

      The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

      I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.

      Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

      If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
