      Pros

      Great opportunities, if you really push for them and take initiative. Looks great on a resume. You get access to a lot of resources. Managers are very understanding and flexible.

      Cons

      You will not move up unless you fight tooth and nail for it. Working with brokers can be a nightmare depending on who you're assigned to.

      Pros

      The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

      Cons

      I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.

      Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

      Cons

      If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
