Pros

Decent pay and good benefits.

Cons

- Clients are prioritized way over employees. - Employees are seen as expendable. - High-performing employees were fired for no cause being told their positions were eliminated, only for those positions to be retitled and rehired immediately thereafter. - Limited to no opportunities for advancement. - Management prefers to hire from outside rather than promote from within. - Experienced blatant retaliation by senior management after filing HR complaint. When HR was notified, they did nothing about it.

Pros

The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

Cons

I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.

Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

Cons

If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
