      None, stay away. Make sure everything is documented.

      Cons

      They will push you to accept the Monday-Saturday work saying that the usual working days are only M-F, after 1-2 months working, they will remove your wfh and force you to work 8am-7pm because it's in the contract. We got stripped of everything because they won't fire the managements who can't handle people with backlogs

      Pros

      The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

      I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.

      Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

      Cons

      If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
