      Pros

      Staff are friendly, not including management.

      Cons

      Ridiculous that we have to pay for our meals during shift. Limited to two drinks a day. You would think with the CEO making thousands of pounds a minute they wouldn’t have to cut costs. Management are incumbent, racist and extremely rude to staff.

      The customers were great to be with. I love that.

      Pros

      Flexibility, hours of operation, type of work to perform, relaxed environment and standards easier to meet than other fast food establishments.

      Cons

      Staffing was always difficult due to low allowed pay range, performing a lot of maintenance work yourself instead of hiring companies or your own maintenance worker and being cheap with equipment.
