Make u more responsible, teach how to solve problems with customers and employees, teach how to act fast and make write decision ( concern customer service)
Cons
low payment, a lot of stress, long hours, work all holidays, have to put request 2 weeks before. No benefits even if you work for 10 years ( no paid vocation or holidays). no labor and long lines and unsatisfied customers as a result
