Pros
They care about you, your life, and your family. The culture is very much about helping you to succeed as long as you're willing to ask questions, communicate your needs effectively, and take ownership of your mistakes. There are so many different types of jobs offered at Build, and even if you start in an entry-level position, there's no limit to the direction or department you can take your career.
Cons
Middle management in the sales center is still actively working on ironing out the kinks with communicating expectations to their employees. However, they still hold themselves accountable to this and willingly acknowledge their opportunity for growth. There have been a ton of big level changes in the company over the last few years, and thus an expected amount of growing pains with that. Our change in CEO has been clutch. However, for those who favored the frat-boy, lackluster atmosphere from before, these changes have proven difficult to adjust to. If you're adaptable, you will succeed. If your attitude is negative, you will not. Management in other departments such as Marketing, Design, SoDev, Tech, and Data seems to be much more seasoned.
