Build.com interview questions

I had three interviews and got the job but they were all ridiculous. It wasn't about my skills, it was about how well I could bs with the interviewers. The recruiter told me when I got hired that the drug test was a joke and that anyone with half a brain could figure out how to pass it.

I talked with a project manager during my first round of interviews. Second round, I talked with another Project Manager along with a panel of developers. 2nd round was more technical.
