Pros
The company is growing quickly and capturing a lot of market share which makes for a very exciting environment. There is a very friendly culture and a real team feeling of everyone being in it together. The management place a lot of focus on doing things the right way, thinking long term, and ensuring that people are well supported in any way they need to be able to get on with their work.
Cons
Brightflag is a fast-growing company so there are occasional bumps along the way, but nothing more than you would expect in a maturing tech start up.
