Pros

+ strong leadership with an open and consistent growth plan + lateral management where you are empowered to be a decision maker but can lean on leadership for their expertise + great work/life balance and culture: you're encouraged to work smart and have fun on the way + smarter meetings: tuesdays/wednesdays are "no meeting days" - calendar is not clogged with unnecessary meetings interrupting work flow

Cons

- Remote lifestyle can lead to siloed work, but slack channels and quick daily stand-ups highly encourage collaboration and sharing - Breakthrough is a category creator and niche market, have to be resourceful and adaptable to develop new ideas

Pros

Breakthrough has been one of the most rewarding and unique experiences I've had. I love working here. You're empowered to really make your role your own, and are always encouraged to bring up new ideas and challenge the status quo. The flexibility the company offers (work from anywhere) is incredible, and leadership really treats you like an adult (trusts that you are able to get your work done without having to micromanage). The in-person events are energizing and I work with some of the most fun and genuine people I've ever met. I've never made such good friends at work as I have here. They do a great job making people feel connected despite us all working remotely. Benefits are great and pay is competitive.

Cons

You really have to be able to manage your own time and work load. This company requires a lot of self-governing, so if you're more task oriented, it may not be for you.
