Breakthrough interview questions

Applied online. The hiring team requested a one-way video recorded interview answering several questions. I submitted a video and received a confirmation the next day that they had received my submission and I would hear back in a week. They viewed my video and proceeded to ghost me. When I requested an update, hiring staff ignored me. Breakthrough appears to have little regard for candidate effort and time, so I would not bother applying.
