Pros
*disclaimer all comments are of my own opinion and should not be regarded as fact - CEO likes to shell out money to have BCBA-Ds and other "influential" individuals in ABA working for her - passion for helping underserved communities - some of the right clinical priorities are there, but the company is not set up in a way to achieve the desired outcomes
Cons
- Company culture of micromanagement - The executive team (including CEO) are extremely unprofessional and will gossip about others openly in meetings - The executive team does not care about adding burden on to staff (BCBAs are overworked and burnt out) - Extremely high client caseloads for BCBAs (low total hours means nothing if the BCaBA has to carry 18 clients to meet your "industry-standard" requirement) - CEO cares too much about status and years certified as a BCBA and not about clinical quality or leadership ability - CEO is very strict about the bottom line, sacrificing client care and employee well-being in the process
