Pros

Convenient clinic locations, that’s it

Cons

Do you guys really think you’re fooling anybody with the 5 star reviews that came pouring in July 2019??

Pros

*disclaimer all comments are of my own opinion and should not be regarded as fact - CEO likes to shell out money to have BCBA-Ds and other "influential" individuals in ABA working for her - passion for helping underserved communities - some of the right clinical priorities are there, but the company is not set up in a way to achieve the desired outcomes

Cons

- Company culture of micromanagement - The executive team (including CEO) are extremely unprofessional and will gossip about others openly in meetings - The executive team does not care about adding burden on to staff (BCBAs are overworked and burnt out) - Extremely high client caseloads for BCBAs (low total hours means nothing if the BCaBA has to carry 18 clients to meet your "industry-standard" requirement) - CEO cares too much about status and years certified as a BCBA and not about clinical quality or leadership ability - CEO is very strict about the bottom line, sacrificing client care and employee well-being in the process

Pros

Pay offered is considered average for the industry.

Cons

They make you believe that you are valued in the company, but what they offer incoming RBT's is just pay no form of compensation. They don't oversee your hours for 90 days if you are trying to become a BCaBa or BCBA. No medical benefits for 90 days. They ghost their potential candidates . They make you do a 3 part interview and do not respond to phone calls or emails! They advertise one thing, but it is all fluff so beware. They do not offer more than 30 hours a week.
