Pros
There is an incredible design team at Bose. They continue to push each other to create better products and better experiences for the consumers. Great financial benefits and a great understanding of work life balance. Short on vacation days, though you do get a good amount of sick and personal time on top of vacation.
Cons
There really isn't too much to complain about. They are a bit behind on vacation time, starting at 10 days and adding one day a year.
