Pros

A lot of the floor workers that are employed at BW are wonderful, hardworking people.

Cons

Frequent miscommunication between management, HR is inconsistent with policies and clearly favors certain employees even within their own team, a lot of mistreatment of employees from management. Very corporate-y feeling where you are just a number and no one really cares about you regardless of how hard you work. The only way to advance in the company is to suck up to your manager and get on their good side. It doesn't really matter how good you are at your job. Training consists of you being told of all the things you are doing wrong and that you should do better, but no actual training occurring (not counting the floor workers, they get decent training). HR is unfortunately full of racist employees and if you don't fit their mold, you're on their "bad list". I also would get frequent calls to be in early for no reason.
