BorgWarner first said there was only one HR Teams interview and one Teams interview with managers. After a couple of weeks, I got another invite to onsite interview. After that, I got another invite to a HR interview. The process is unpredictable. After four rounds of interview, long time no update. When I followed up, I was told that the position was cancelled! Then after a week, I was told the position was reopen. A week later, I finally got an offer. I called HR twice first day and left a message. No reply. The second day I called HR again still no reply. So I sent an email asking for a counter offer. Unfortunately, I received an rejection immediately. They took their offer back and rejected me! At that time, since I thought I had a BorgWarner offer in hand, so I rejected my second offer from another company. Now, after an email of trying to negotiate my offer with BorgWarner, I was rejected and I had no offer in hand and I was out of work at that time too! I had never seen this happen before. And I didn't expect that this would happen! It was ridiculous!
